Anne McCray

After an early retirement with the US Government, I wanted to work within the legal arena and in the mid 90’s, I procured a temp position, that turned into a 7 year career step, as a legal assistant to an attorney specializing in real and personal estate transfers.  This was my first real experience with real estate matters.  In 2004, I earned my Real Estate Sales license and began working with Sylvie Brown and Associates, Inc. as both a buyer and seller agent.  In addition, I worked 95% of the rentals within the office, both taking listings and finding tenants and preparing leases.  In March of 2011, I transferred to EXIT Island and Beach Realty, NNA Serving Brevard Realty.  I continue to work with purchase, sales and rentals.

I earned an Associate degree in Accounting and a BS degree in Business Management and Administration prior to getting my Real Estate license.

Buying, selling or rentals; I offer full representation for all of my client’s real estate needs and I work with properties on oversized lots, in small communities and in condos.  As a buyer or a seller agent, I am a trusted counselor, and a skilled negotiator.
